Birthing at TFBW

The comfort of home, the safety of a birth center

Our two birth suites are designed to promote physiologic labor & birth, privacy, and autonomy.

Each suite is equipped with:

Hydrotherapy
Nitrous Oxide
Rebozo
Birth balls & peanut balls
Aromatherapy
Waiting room for family if extra space is needed

Safety

The safety of birthing mothers and their babies is our highest priority. Each member of our birth team is highly-trained and qualified in Adult and Neonatal Resuscitation. The birth center is stocked with all equipment needed in emergencies including IVs, IV fluid, medications, monitors, and other tools beneficial in an emergency.

We work closely with Prosper EMS and have relationships to transfer safely to FOUR hospitals within 10 minutes of the birth center (3 for mom, 1 children's hospital for baby).
